We are very pleased to announce that learnenglish4law has been authorised as a registered centre of the TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills) examination. This means that we are now able to offer training and provide exam courses for students who wish to obtain a TOLES certificate.
What is the TOLES Certificate?
The name TOLES meanes ‘Test of Legal English Skills’ and is a structered legal english programme with an exam to establish your level of legal english. There are three levels of exams ‘foundation’, ‘higher’ and ‘advanced, which is the gold standard of legal english training. These are designed to help you reach the level of legal english required for international commercial law firms. Typically the exam may benefit international lawyers and legal translators.
When are the TOLES exams?
The TOLES exam dates for 2014 are 23 January, 20 March, 19 June, 21 August and 20 November.
